TESTER PCB EMMA ELX6146

During May 2004 Mr. Reinhold Höhl visited our company and offered us an electric tester from Japan Co.MicroCraft. The payment conditions were interesting for us. He was so sure about the advantages of this tester that he arranged visits in Germany to compare ATG and Mania products. Finally we visited MicroCraft Co. in Idstein. Their tester ELX6146 is relatively small and light. They promissed to deliver the tester right after the payment.

The tester itself is controled by proprietary EMMA2000 SW and coupled with fault-location SW of the pcb. This SW e.g. moves the videocamera along the defective pcb track and compares the picture with the GEBER data. The average testing time is 5 min. During 2007 it was necessary to buy another tester. It was delivered on the 28th November 2007 together with a quite new EMMA2000 version and with a new Test Point Generator SW for preparing the data.

Both our ELX6146 work to our great satisfaction.
