6. Single-sided PCB

Standard single-sided PCB:

  • FR4 material thickness. 1.5 mm clad with 35 micron
  • drilled by the drilling data or patterns
  • motif tin solder PCB Cn100C
  • treated by OSP
  • electroplating Au
  • maximum PCB size is 380 x 500 mm.

    • standard production bases:

  • data format GERBER with control or prints
  • negative film with the original theme legibly emulsions
  • positive film artwork print and solder mask
  • drilling data format EXCELLON
  • specified dimensions DPS, drawing or milling. Other designs and assignments are subject to negotiation in order DPS. (Single-sided PCB can be made with a via hole).
