GALVANIC GILDING

The method of galvanic gilding has a very long history. HAL can be eliminated from the process. The results are reproducable and have excellent quality. The surface is absolutely flat.

The production is similar to the production of the classical two-sided PCBs. For the drilled and metallized boards is used /instead of tin resist/ the 8µ-nickel resist with the layer of gold. Such boards can be normally etched and pass the e-test and the solder mask can be applied.

This method provides absolutely flat pads which are good and repeatably solderable. The fine parts and the BGA packages are very good solderable as well. The PCBs with the galvanic gold are storable for a long time. Their esthetic value is high.
