PRINTED S.R.O.

Welcome in our company!

Our activities are design, production and assembly of printed circuit boards. We have been active either on the domestic as on the foreign markets since 1991. Due to many years of experience, we can offer you quick, flexible and high-quality production with moderate prices. We are owners of the production facility in Melnik, equipped with the complete technological machinery. We deliver one-/two-sided pcbs, multilayer-pcbs, boards with blind-vias and inner-vias. The motives are produced photogalvanicaly.

The MARCOM company at the same address can automatically or manually assemble your boards and finish the products as well.

Our technological equipment enables the manufacture of all types of boards from the one-sided twelve layers. We have an open pricing policy. Prices of products you can easily find in our PRICELIST.

Prices and electronic shop

Our on-line-shop calculates the final price immediately, before placing the order.

Our pricelist works fully on-line. It shows the whole spectrum of our production. It is generally useable for calculating and ordering. The prices are final without any extra fees. Download the pricelist! Using the electronic shopping, you can be sure the data safely reach our production.

Inexpensive prototyping

Our registered clients can profit from the prototype-pcbs without express fee.

We offer an express delivery of two test samples without an extra fee for our Registered clients : the express fee for your samples will be taken off from the first regular price of the following sequal order. (Valid when the amount exceeds 10times the price of the samples.) Please let us know, if the future production has a higher volume: our production technology /e.g. the films/ will be modified in advance. You will save your costs for working out new production data and films.

Zero-size apertures

Never use the zero-sized apertures, it leads to unexpected results.

The aperture with the size zero is not displayed in the CAM SW. The photoplotter assigns it any other aperture available. These apertures cause short cicuits on the pcb which are recognized too late - during the e-test. It can happen even when we check the data carefully.

Different scaled apertures

Make sure that you use the same units (mm/inch) in your design

Your inch based layout may not include any pad in the metric system (e.g. from your library). Such pad would be 25-times smaller and can not be produced as it is missing on the board. The same goes for the tracks.

Service print

Keep the service print area aside from the soldering pads.

If the print reaches the soldering area, our SW deletes the overlapping parts of the service print. The service print becomes unreadebla and less useful.

Changing the design...

When making any change in your design, allways change the pcb name on the board and in the data.

When making changes in your pcb data, allways change the file name as well e.g. _v1. Don't ask us to delete your old data. The customer s data are stored in more places and are automatically back upped. It can happen that we restore the data and your new design could be overwritten by the old one. Your next order would be provided using the old data. Sometmes it is usefull for the customer that we keep the old data.

Marking the layer

Mark the copper layer with some non-symmetric alphanumerical sign, e.g. 2, R, F...

Generally, all films can be exposed in the reverse position, even when designed with a correct file name. That can happen at the cam-workingplace, at the plotter or at the exposition machine. This can be avoided ONLY by: marking the TOP layer with alphanumerical signs which are NOT readable in the mirror mode, marking the BOT layer with the MIRRORED TEXT which informs that this layer is to be placed and exposed on th bottom/rear side of the pcb!!! Don't forget to number the inner layers from TOP to BOT. Keeping these rules will avoid additional phone calls, sending faxes with pcb views and in spite of that producing the wrong pcb.

Copper near the edge

Good designs leave free space along the pcb edge and the cutter or the milling machine doesn't touch the pcb track.

The grooving is done by circular saw and the resulting V-cut has some certain dimensions . Although the machine is digitally controled, some uncertainity must be counted with. The motif must end 0.5 mm near the edge. The milling machine has the tolerance under +/- 0.2 mm. Keep in mind that the motif should end at least 0.25 mm near the edge. We no more cut the pcbs with the scissors.
